SEERPHARMA UK REFERRAL SCHEME – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This Referral Scheme is open to all clients or former clients or their employees, of SeerPharma UK, this individual is called the Referrer
2. The Reward constitutes a £20 Amazon voucher. Where the Referrer is unable to personally take the Reward, then a payment of £20 can be made to the Referrer’s chosen charity, registered in the UK
3. To be eligible to receive the Reward, the Referrer must refer an individual, the Referred Individual, to a SeerPharma UK training course; the Referred Individual must consequently register for a SeerPharma UK training course, enter the email address of the Referrer when prompted during course registration, and make full payment
4. The Referrer’s email address may be a different email address from the Referrer’s company email address
5. The Referrer will be notified by email once a Referred Individual has completed payment for the training course. The Referrer is required to confirm acceptance of the Reward
6. Delivery of the Reward will be made within 28 days from the Referrer’s acceptance of the Reward
7. The Reward will be made by an emailed Amazon voucher link. Cash or other credit alternatives will not be offered
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other SeerPharma UK offer or promotion
9. The Referrer and the Referred Individual must be over the age of 18
10. There is no limit to the number of Rewards the Referrer may receive
11. The Referrer must not be an employee, close family member, or director of SeerPharma UK
12. By participating in the Referral Scheme, Users agree to use the Referral Scheme in the manner specified in and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorised to register as a Referrer or participate in the Referral Scheme in any manner. Users may not participate in the Referral Scheme where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations
13. SeerPharma UK accepts no responsibility for referrals not successfully completed, including, without limitation, for technical reasons
14. SeerPharma UK’s determination of any matters relating to the referral will be at its absolute discretion and final decision
15. Where a course is cancelled by either the customer or SeerPharma UK prior to the Reward being paid out, then the Reward will not be made. Where a course is cancelled by the customer after the Reward is made, the course refund is made with a deduction for administration costs incurred
16. SeerPharma UK reserves the right to refuse the issue of the Reward to any Referrer at any time arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation)
17. SeerPharma UK reserves the right to modify or withdraw the referral offer and/or terms and conditions at any time
18. Indemnity – All parties will indemnify and hold harmless SeerPharma UK from and against any claim, cause of action, demand, suit, proceeding, damages, liabilities, loss, or costs made or brought against SeerPharma UK arising out of the party’s participation in the Referral Scheme; any breaches of the terms and conditions of this Referral Scheme; or the negligence or wilful misconduct of you or your employees, representatives or agents
19. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights
20. Any dispute relating to this Referral Scheme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
